Sign up to “Opt in”!!!

The Bluegrass Cycling Club is pleased to announce that we are teaming up with the Woodford County Emergency Management Agency to offer an emergency alert notification system Horsey Hundred weekend. You can use the link below to sign up to receive emergency notifications during the Horsey Hundred.

To sign up, you will need to provide your name and a phone number where you would like to receive text notifications or phone calls. You may also provide an e-mail address if that is your preferred method for receiving notifications.

NOTE: The telephone notification system does not work with international numbers, so if you have an international number, we will need to use your e-mail address.

  • A special “Horsey Hundred Only” group will be established for us so that we can send notifications to participants related specifically to the Horsey Hundred.
  • We will use the system only to inform you about important things you need to know directly related to the ride, including any emergency route changes, traffic-related issues, threatening weather, or other conditions that may impact the ride.
  • The emergency notification system will be active beginning at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 26 and ending at 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 28. The information you provide to participate in the notification system will be deleted after the event.
